Hey there, I am Gabriela Bedinelli – Curious and passionate about human relationships and the quest for more meaning
I am a global researcher and explorer deeply passionate about human development and organizational culture. As a Brazilian native from São Paulo, my journey has taken me across 14 countries, each enriching me with its unique cultural insights.
I earned a double bachelor's degree from the University of Campinas (UNICAMP) in Brazil and my growing fascination with human relationships inspired me to pursue a postgraduate degree in Positive Psychology at the prestigious PUCRS University in 2020. It was here that I developed the concept and methodology of "Collective Meaning," authoring a thesis that was awarded the highest honors. Since then, I have been dedicated to deepening this concept, observing its practical application in different collective contexts, and never ceasing to explore and investigate new authors and global theories on the subject.
My professional career, spanning over a decade, has included roles in multinational companies such as Bosch, with a year spent in Germany, Ambev (AB Inbev in Brazil), and Arco Educação, an edtech unicorn. In these organizations, I took on roles like People Leader for South America and Culture & ESG Leader. These positions have given me unique insights into human development, organizational culture, and the connection between engagement and performance.
In mid-2022, I transitioned into academia and consulting to better align with my passion. As a university professor, business school educator, mentor, and consultant, my focus is now on spreading the principles of Collective Meaning worldwide. Since June 2023, my husband and I have been embracing a digital nomadic lifestyle. We are immersing ourselves in different cultures, connecting with diverse individuals, and expanding the application of Collective Meaning globally.
My mission is to integrate the transformative power of Collective Meaning into diverse groups, communities and organizational contexts, driving personal and collective flourishing.
